It takes a small army each week to make our Sunday services happen. Serving the church is something God instructs all his followers to do, but serving is so much more than showing up for an assignment on a Sunday. Serving at The Bridge Church gives you the opportunity to:

• Make an eternal difference in the lives of the people you serve
• Share the message of Christ with others
• Develop friendships with the people you serve alongside
• Grow and develop the spiritual gifts God granted you
• Be a part of something bigger than yourself

Serving in collaboration with one another, the members of the Guest Services team welcome guests and TBC family to Sunday worship and special gatherings.  The members of this team create hospitable environments and warmly prioritize others.  Guest Services team members help guests get acquainted with our people, ministries and gathering spaces.  Opportunities include serving on the parking team, Welcome Center, Coffee Bar, and as an usher or greeter. 

Worship ministry involves a number of opportunities to help make Sunday’s service be the best that it can be. We are all about quality and we need reliable volunteers to help make that happen. Areas of service include: worship team (vocalists, and musicians), technical team (sounds, lights, video, pro presenter), service production team (camera operation, video editing, graphic design, and website maintenance) Prior experience is desired, but not required.

Bridge Kids is our ministry to children ages 6 weeks all the way to 5th grade. Can you change a life in about an hour a week? Yes you can! Our Children’s Ministry has many different opportunities for you to put your faith into action. Pray about how you can make a difference in the lives of others. We need you, they need you, and most importantly God needs you.

Vertical Student Ministry (6th – 12th grade) meets on Wednesday nights. We are looking for volunteers who love God and have a passion to see teenagers grow in their faith.

There is so much to making The Bridge the best that it can be. We are in need of volunteers to come the church office during the week and help with office tasks like cutting, folding, mailing, filing, organizing, or building maintenance.  If that is you, we could use your help.

Ministry happens outside the walls of the church too. We need Christians who are mature in their faith to open their homes and lead a group of believer that meet during the week.

Like to work behind the scenes? We need help setting up for things like communion, baptism, special services, etc.

Come alongside one of our ministry leads and help them with tasks specific to their ministry. Needs vary depending on ministry and upcoming events. An ideal person would have strong administrative skills.
